The Manhattan trip for this piece had expired so I took the color of the Jaguar and used it for a color palette to create a 3D abstract background using Cinema 4D. I had fun working with the subtle colors and getting the lighting to work with the body light on the car’s body. This was the first time I incorporated 3D in my print work.

This was a quick turn-a-round project for KCRW to promote their Lexus giveaway sweepstakes.

I retouched the photograph to give some extra kick , by increasing the contrast and playing with the color. I built the road sign in my favorite 3D application. and fused it all in Photoshop™.
